ADVOCATES LEGAL GROUP, LLP Is Currently Seeking a Paralegal!

Job Purpose: Acts as paralegal by performing related duties. Duties: * General office/administrative duties; Filing; Proficiency in MS office Suite; legal writing; drafting discovery requests; motions; legal documents; Setting up and managing the attorney's calendar; Managing billing and invoices for the firm; Performing intakes for new clients. * Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. * The right candidate will have strong computer and writing skills, be highly organized, able to perform in a fast paced environment, and pay attention to detail. Additionally, experience with MS word and Onedrive is a plus * Knowledge with social media platforms is required * Willing to train the right candidate. Looking for a driven individual who can work independently.
