In addition to running outstanding operations for our uniquely branded concepts, we now offer complete multi-branded food court business opportunities to specific venues.

The Villa Restaurant Core Brands Group is comprised of the Villa Italian Kitchen restaurants, Green Leaf’s Beyond Great Salads, Bananas Smoothies & Frozen Yogurt and South Philly Cheesesteaks & Fries. In addition, there are Emerging Brands which are made up of innovative and creative restaurants that we created in an effort to grow into different locations and venues; these include - Mo' Burger, Far East Asian Fire, Sukotto Japanese Grill, Tinta Mexicana, Croissanterie, and The Market.

And, finally there is the full service division of casual and fine dining restaurants that we operate under the 40North Restaurant division: The Office Tavern Grill, Piattino, Town Bar + Kitchen, The Black Horse Tavern & Pub, The Office Beer Bar & Grill, George + Martha's, and Steelworks.
