Estate Planning Paralegal

We are seeking a skilled Estate Planning Paralegal to join our legal team at our Buffalo Grove location. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in various legal tasks.

Primary responsibilities include working with up to 5 attorneys on preparing/ drafting documents of trusts, wills, memos, written correspondence or related, working with legal assistants and paralegals on Guardianship and Estate Administration tasks, communicating effectively with clients, maintaining client database (mycase) and additional tasks.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Paralegal Certificate
• Knowledgeable of Estate Planning documents
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to multi-task, manage time sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills.
• Word perfect a plus
• Client database: mycase a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year (depending on experience)

Schedule:

• 8-hour dayshift
• Monday through Friday
• No nights or weekends
