Attorney seeking experienced multi-functional legal secretary with at least 5 years law office experience including office administration and bookkeeping. All aspects of essential secretarial and administrative support working with attorney and operating as a team.

Must have advanced computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, E-Filing, Internet Research and the ability to draft legal documents for filing. All work produced must be completely professional and of utmost quality.

Must be people friendly and conduct thorough interviews of prospective clients while promoting office. Must have a positive attitude, pleasant personality, and be reliable. Seeking long term employee.
