We’re a well-established, NYC-based litigation firm seeking a sharp and motivated Litigation Associate to join our growing defense team. Our firm handles complex, high-stakes matters across multiple industries with a hands-on, results-driven approach.

Position Highlights:
Practice Areas: General Liability, Premises Liability, NY Labor Law (240/241), Transportation, and Insurance Defense

Responsibilities:

• Appear regularly in state and federal courts

• Handle depositions, motion practice, conferences, and trial prep

• Work directly with seasoned trial attorneys and top-tier clients

• Manage your own caseload with ongoing support

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 1–3 years of litigation experience (insurance defense or PI defense preferred)

• NY Bar admission required (NJ Bar a plus)

• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills

• A proactive mindset and commitment to delivering results

• Desire for real courtroom exposure and trial work
