Trust and Estates Paralegal (Hybrid)

A Prominent AmLaw 200 Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Trust & Estates Paralegal to join their team in Naples, FL.

This is a hybrid role in Naples, FL. The company will provide a relocation package.

Experience with Trust & Estates or Probate Paralegal work is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level paralegal support to Trust & Estates attorneys.
• Assist with estate administration, probate proceedings, and trust and estate litigation.
• Collaborate effectively with attorneys, clients, and other professionals.

Qualifications:

• Paralegal degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Trust & Estates/Probate.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in legal research databases and software.
• Willingness to work on a hybrid schedule in Naples, FL.

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year + full benefits and sign on bonus for relocation.
