Position Summary:

OTG is seeking a Paralegal with expertise in compliance, regulatory matters, corporate legal affairs, and contract management. This role will support the legal department by ensuring regulatory compliance, assisting with corporate governance, and managing standard contracts. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is on-site, based in our legal office in Philadelphia.

Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance Support:

  • Analyze and monitor applicable legal requirements to ensure company compliance.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining internal compliance policies and procedures.

  • Support regulatory filings, audits, and responses to inquiries from regulatory agencies.

  • Maintain records of compliance activities and risk assessments.

    Home Office Legal Support:

  • Assist with certain corporate governance and legal entity management matters.

  • Maintain corporate records and ensure legal entity compliance.

  • General legal department support.

    Contract Management:

  • Draft, review, and manage standard contracts, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and service contracts.

  • Track contract expirations, renewals, and compliance with contract terms.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract requirements are met.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree and/or Paralegal certification required.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of paralegal experience, preferably related to regulatory compliance, corporate legal, and/or contract management. Experience with minority and women owned business requirements a plus.

  • Familiarity with basic regulatory compliance, corporate governance and contract law concepts.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

  • Experience working in a regulated industry or for regulated entities.

  • Experience with regulatory reporting requirements.

    Salary Range: $90k-$110k
