Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and skilled Commercial/Business Associate Attorneys to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial law, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to provide sound legal advice to clients in various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Advise clients on compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Represent clients in commercial transactions and other general business matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Participate in client meetings and provide strategic advice on commercial matters.
• Assist in the development of business strategies and risk management.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
• 5-10 years of experience in business or commercial litigation.
• MUST have a book of business.
• Strong understanding of tax and corporate law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
