You'll be working in an exciting and constantly evolving environment while establishing relationships cross-functionally with our sales, strategic partnerships, education, and other teams to close contracts with our customers and partners.This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.What you'll do at Figma:Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with a wide array of customers, working closely with our sales team and relevant stakeholdersSupport our partnership team in signing on strategic partners and advise our education team on contracting with schoolsCollaborate to design, implement, and improve Figma's legal policies and procedures to manage legal and business riskHelp drive legal and go-to-market contracting strategy, including advising the business on legal risksWe'd love to hear from you if you have:J.D. and license to practice law in at least one stateAt least 4 years relevant experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial and technology agreements (e.g., enterprise sales agreements, data processing agreements, SaaS agreements, etc) and partnership agreements (e.g., service partner agreements, reseller agreements, referral agreements, etc.)Collaborative approach, with strong ability to build relationships, gain credibility, and partner with othersStrong work ethic and comfort operating in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, with a willingness to tackle projects both large and smallUnderstanding of privacy issues in commercial transactionsWhile not required, it's an added plus if you also have:Experience negotiating with Latin American government and/or education customersSpanish or Portuguese language skillsExperience using and advising on artificial intelligenceAt Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
