Salary Range: $69,060 - $180,960 annually depending on experience as a licensed and practicing attorney

Our agency's mission is to provide high quality, client-centered legal representation to indigent people of all ages, accused of crimes or facing a deprivation of liberty throughout the State of Tennessee.
How you make a difference in this role:
The attorney shall represent indigent citizens accused of criminal activity who have been appointed as counsel by the court to the office of the District Public Defender in General Sessions Court, and Criminal Court.
Job Overview:
The attorney will assume the duties and responsibilities of representing indigent persons in General Sessions and Circuit Courts for whom the District Public Defender has been appointed as counsel by the courts in Crockett, Gibson and Haywood counties.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a licensed attorney in Tennessee
