Legal Assistant

• 3+ years of experience with business, commercial real estate
• Discovery, filing motions and familiarity with court processes
• Attention to detail for calendaring and deadlines in state and federal court
• Complaints and subpoenas out for service
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
