Civil Litigation Attorney

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and draft legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and agreements
2. Conduct legal research and analysis of legal issues
3. Handle all aspects of trial preparation, including discovery, motions, and depositions
4. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
5. Represent clients in court and before administrative agencies

Job Requirements:

• Experience in civil litigation, including commercial litigation, personal injury, business litigation, and class action
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and legal principles
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
• Strong oral advocacy skills
