Associate Attorney

Immediate full-time Attorney/Litigator position open for Tyler, Texas law firm speciailizing in insurance defense litigation work.  The Parker Firm, PC is a renowned East Texas insurance defense law firm with over 25 years experience and over 100 successful trial verdicts. Our firm boasts a team-oriented approach to practicing law and allows our associates to experience every aspect of being a lawyer.  Associate will be responsible for evaluating cases upon intake, drafting reports to insurers, interviewing clients and witnesses, answering discovery, handling depositions, preparing/arguing motions before Judges, and sitting second chair at trials. Associate will be responsible for the competient, ethical, and diligent representation of clients in all cases assigned by supervisor. Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills and experience in handling a large volume of cases in a fast paced environment. Must be licensed in the State of Texas to practice law, or actively working towards passing the Bar exam.
