What You’ll Do:

• Draft and review estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney

• Advise clients on probate proceedings, tax implications, and wealth transfer strategies

• Manage client relationships from initial consultation to final resolution

• Explain legal processes and concepts in a clear, approachable way

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in trust, estate planning, and probate law

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Active license to practice in Pennsylvania

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage cases independently

• A client-first mindset with empathy and professionalism
