Our client, a prestigious and rapidly growing firm, is seeking a highly motivated Labor & Employment Associate to join their team in either the Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, or Miami office. If you have 1-4 years of experience handling a variety of employment law matters, including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and state counterpart litigation, this is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1-4 years of hands-on experience in employment law, including litigation and advising on employment-related issues.

• Expertise: Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws such as Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, wage & hour, and workplace investigations.

• Licensing: Active membership in the Florida Bar (required).

• Skills: Excellent writing and communication skills with substantial experience in human resources counseling and training.

• Court Experience: Comfortable practicing in both federal and state courts, as well as before agencies such as the EEOC and DOL.
