Business Immigration Attorney

Trow & Rahal, P.C., a nationally recognized business immigration law firm located steps from the metro in Bethesda, MD is seeking a full-time Business Immigration Attorney with 3-5 years of experience.

Preferred candidates will have experience with a range of business immigration matters, including H-1B, E-2, PERM, NIW, EB-1, and others.

Candidates must work well as part of a team as well as have ability to independently manage own cases and clients. Requires excellent written and oral communications skills, legal advocacy, and a genuine interest to learn and grow in the profession.

Our firm is about 17 people, very collegial and supportive, with hybrid in-office / remote work.
