workers compensation attorney (Remote)

Come join our team as a workers compensation attorney and help make a difference in the legal industry! We are searching for individuals at various levels dedicated individual to work remotely and take on a variety of legal tasks.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conducting briefs and trial preparation
• Preparing legal documents and appellate work
• Handling depositions and research and writing
• Managing civil procedure and litigation
• Negotiating settlements and handling subpoenas
• Drafting motions and providing oral advocacy
• Working with torts, constitutional law, and education law
• Handling municipal law and drafting pleadings
• Experience with Time Matters and Westlaw is a plus
• Deposition skills required
• Previous experience in workers compensation defense required
• Business litigation skills required

Salary Range: $115,000.00 - $225,000.00
