Our client, a highly regarded Columbus-based law firm, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Family Wealth Planning Associate to join their expanding Family Wealth Planning practice group. This position offers the opportunity to work with a talented team, contribute to the firm's growing trusts and estates practice, and advance toward partnership. Key Responsibilities: Cultivate and maintain client relationships while attracting new clients through networking and marketing. Manage and independently handle estate planning and administration matters, including: A/B trust plans, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, Gift Trusts, and Grantor Trusts. Private Settlement Agreements, guardianships, and all estate administration paths. Gift tax and federal estate tax return preparation (including portability). Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and clients. Participate in public speaking engagements, contribute to newsletters, and support marketing efforts. Collaborate with the Family Wealth Planning team on assigned cases to deliver exceptional legal services.
