Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to achieving justice for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Handle personal injury cases from intake to resolution
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Prepare and file legal documents
• Represent clients in court and mediation
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates on case progress
• Develop case strategies and conduct legal research

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• 5+ years experience in personal injury law
• Bring in Business
• Active state bar membership
• Strong litigation or pre-suit and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of successful case management and litigation
• Excellent communication and client management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
