Personal Injury Medical Malpractice / Nursing Home Abuse Attorney (Hybrid)

Busy plaintiff’s personal injury firm hiring associate attorneys with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience litigating personal injury matters.

Experience in handling Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice and Nursing Home cases a must.

NJ admission required, NY or PA admissions a plus.

Bi-Lingual - Spanish speaking candidates preferred.

Looking for an extremely motivated, organized attorney who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, but also feels comfortable managing their own caseload from inception through trial.

Duties:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Assist with case management and trial preparation
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
- Represent clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings
- Maintain accurate and organized case files

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association

- Must have MINIMUM 3 years of PI, MedMal and Nursing Home case experience
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in legal drafting and writing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in legal administrative tasks is a plus
