Glaub Consulting LLC is looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support to attorneys, researching and preparing legal documents, and managing legal files. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures, as well as experience in the field of law.

Responsibilities:

• Research legal documents and precedents.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, and briefs.
• Organize and maintain case files.
• Interview clients and witnesses to obtain relevant information.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and hearings.
• Analyze laws, regulations, and legal articles.
• Maintain contact with clients and witnesses.
• Conduct legal research using computer databases.

Requirements:

• At least three years of experience as a paralegal.
• Business fluent in English.
• Paralegal Certification may be substituted for 1 year of work experience.
• Multi-lingual preferred
